This is an absolutely glorious viscose satin with a fabulous fashion-inspired print. Illustrated ladies in an array of statement hats and outfits are scattered across a soft ivory background, with painterly splashes of red, mustard, soft pink, blue, black and warm neutrals. It has the feel of a beautiful hand-painted fashion sketchbook and is full of character without being overly bright.
The fabric itself is lightweight and fine, with plenty of fluidity, movement and drape. It has that beautiful smooth feel you expect from a viscose satin and feels almost like silk, flowing beautifully rather than holding its shape.
Perfect for garments where you really want the fabric to move — think flowing dresses and skirts, blouses, tops and wide-leg trousers. It would also be gorgeous for luxurious nightwear, slips, camisoles or a floaty dressing gown.
