Description
This gorgeous fabric is a “Hobbs” deadstock.
I can just imagine this fabric made up into a shirtwaister dress, worn with boots over the winter months. Or perhaps a wide leg pair of trousers with a matching vest top? Each can be worn on their own or teamed together to make it look like a jumpsuit!
The fabric itself is a heavier weight polyester. Not quite as heavy as a triple crêpe, it has a good weight to it non the less. It has drape to it but due to the weight, it holds a little shape.
The backdrop is a very pale mink and the paint stripe effect is a dark navy. The stripes were parallel to the salvage. So classic, it will sit wonderfully well in many wardrobes.
Perfect for trousers, tops, dresses, skirts etc
150cm wide.
100 % polyester.
Cool wash.
