Acetate is made from a natural derivative of cellulose, much like viscose. It is classed as semi synthetic as it has undergone a man made procedure.
Acetate Taffeta is breathable, so you don’t get too hot. It feels smooth and comfortable next to your skin, making it ideal for dresses, skirts, tops, jackets etc. It is anti-static, meaning that your clothes won’t cling to you.
Acetate taffeta lining has a gentle sheen to it - not overly shiny.
