Cotton sateen is a cotton that is woven using a satin weave, giving it a smooth and lustrous finish. It has a gentle stretch that is more for ease of wear and comfort. It has a little body to it too as it is a nice weight (a little heavier than a poplin). It has some structure to it, which is great for trousers and skirts that need a little volume or shape.
This fabric is perfect for trousers, capri pants, full skirts, pencil skirts, dresses, jackets etc
