This beautiful cotton lawn comes in the softest primrose yellow and is adorned with striking palm tree-inspired broderie anglaise running throughout the fabric. The intricate cutwork detailing creates wonderful texture and depth, while the warm buttery hue brings an effortless glow to any project.
The base fabric is a fine, lightweight cotton lawn, offering softness and breathability, whilst the generous embroidery adds a little extra body and structure. The cutwork design means you may wish to wear it layered over a camisole or line your garment with a lightweight cotton lawn for additional coverage.

A note on the embroidery direction: the palm tree motifs run parallel to the selvedge. If pattern pieces are cut in the traditional direction, the palms will sit horizontally across the garment. To position the motifs upright, you’ll need to rotate your pattern pieces and cut across the grain. Please refer to the photographs for guidance.
