An exceptional quality 100% cotton with a beautifully smooth finish and a wonderfully soft handle. Similar in weight to cotton poplin, it has enough body to give your garments a little structure, balanced with gentle drape and movement.
The classic Black Watch check features rich navy and deep green, with the colours woven into the fabric rather than printed onto the surface. A timeless design in a cotton whose quality you can really feel.
A beautiful choice for blouses, shirts, tops, dresses, skirts and lighter-weight trousers. For festive sewing, imagine a blouse finished with a velvet bow, a dress with velvet trim, or a skirt teamed with a black or navy velvet top.
