Wow! Isn’t this absolutely fabulous?!

This cotton blend jacquard features an all over leopard effect.  Jacquard simply means that a pattern has been woven into the fabric. In this case it’s all one colour, so the effect is quite subtle.

The fabric is a good weight – not too lightweight but it still has a slight drape.  As it’s predominantly cotton, it holds some structure and shape, which makes it great for collars, cuffs, big voluminous sleeves, gathers etc.

There is a very slight sheen to the surface – not at all shiny but it does have a bit of a shimmer on the leopard markings in particular. This fabric also has a gentle stretch to it which is wonderful for ease of wear and comfort (the fabric will move when you do)!

Perfect for all many of makes – blouses, shirts, tops, dresses, trousers, jumpsuits, jackets etc I imagine cigarette pants and a matching jacket, or a dress/blouse with puff sleeves and crisp collar!

*Please note – it was VERY difficult to photograph this fabric! Please be assured that the colour is a deep, rich shade of burgundy wine.  The light reflected off the fabric makes it appear lighter than it is*
