This cotton poplin is extremely good quality. It’s smooth, luxurious and really soft. Poplin is a little heavier than a lawn but still has a little movement.  Perfect for making dresses, blouses, shirts, skirts etc It holds a little structure really well, which is ideal for puff sleeves, gathers, tiers and crisp collars/cuffs.
