Oh how I wish you could feel this fabric through the screen! It’s so soft and cosy despite its lovely weight (which is very much like that of a Ponte Roma).

This heavier weight jersey has a delicate twill weave and a subtle brushed feel. The result is a warm, cosy fabric that has a great stretch and recovery. It will make some fabulous dresses, trousers, skirts, tops, jumpers, cardigans etc. I can imagine a Cashmerette Rivermont Dress, a True Bias Marloe Cardigan, a Megan Nielsen Jarrah Sweater to name but a few. I also think it will make fabulous trousers and jackets due to its weight.

The deep red/burgundy colour is bang on trend at the moment!
