The perfect party fabric for the festive season!

A soft and luxurious stretch velvet. This fabric is synonymous with party wear.  It will make the most beautiful dresses, skirts, trousers, tops, jumpsuits etc Stretch velvet is extremely popular at the moment! It’s also perfect for all ages as it’s so comfortable to wear.

This fabric has a short pile which gives it a distinctive soft and gentle sheen (Not shiny). It has a lovely drape but isn’t too light in weight. There is a 50% stretch that runs selvedge to selvedge. The fabric has great recovery which means that once stretched, it snaps straight back into shape.

Please be assured that the colour of this fabric is a deep, rich and jewel like magenta. When I took the photos, the light bounced back off the surface so it looks quite light but I have tried to replicate the colour as close as I can.

Cool wash with a gentle tumble dry.

No need to iron as this fabric is wrinkle and creased resistant.
