A heavier weight cotton blend fabric that has a very gentle stretch.

This fabric feels very much like a cotton sateen. A heavier weight, it is smooth to the touch and feels luxurious. It is quite a structured fabric and the stretch is more for ease of wear and comfort, rather than to make stretch patterns. It will make wonderful trousers, semi fitted dresses, skirts, jackets etc.

I imagine this being made up into Summer Capri or ankle grazer trousers to team with ballet pumps and a linen or fine cotton oversized shirt or fitted jumper (teams with the Sapphire Blue and White Broderie Anglaise really well). Or perhaps a pencil skirt or full skirted ‘50’s dress?
